Our range of Twin Ram Box Tippers extends from basic tipping models through to units with automatic discharge gates which offer control over the handling and care of produce

Integral hydraulic power packs ensure easy installation and fully tested PLCs are used fro the automatic control features in the higher specified models. Probe controlled tipping is an option, as is construction in stainless steel if required.

As with any Cobra item, we are pleased to be able to offer custom design and production of tippers to meet very specific requirements.

Bulk Hoppers

Over several years Cobra have produced Bulk Hoppers for all types of production requirement. From one to twenty tons capacity, Cobra hoppers are designed to meet individual customer's specifications

All our Bulk Hoppers are constructed from heavy gauge sheet and box section for strength and durability.

Heavy duty belting/chain combinations are driven by 3 phase variable speed drives which offer precise control over production rates. Hoppers can also be lined with Plastizote to minimise any likelihood of product damage.

Cobra designs and manufactures cutting and slicing machines for many food products. We have experience in specific machines for slicing vegetables such as courgettes, trimming celery and leeks, dicing cauliflower florets and topping and tailing onions etc. We design all our machines to your size and specifications.

Washers and Dryers

Cobra washers are designed and constructed  to provide an appropriate solution for each cleaning operation. Incorporating modular plastic belts, and a filtered water recycling facility, Cobra washers ensure maximum economy in use.

Cobra driers are also available up to 4ft (1.22 mtrs) in width, with sponge rollers to extract moisture from produce and transfer it to the drive rollers with are scraped dry. Rollers can be cadmium plated if required.
